
Parents-Teachers Meeting at Kids Pioneer Primary School – 14th June 2025
On 14th June 2025, Kids Pioneer Primary School held a highly successful Parents-Teachers Meeting at the school premises. The meeting brought together a large number of parents, teachers, and the school administration to discuss important matters regarding the academic, social, and holistic development of our learners.
The meeting commenced with a warm welcome from the school team, followed by a series of insightful speeches. The Director of Studies (DOS), Mr. Mugisha Vicent highlighted the academic performance of the school, outlining strategies aimed at improving learner outcomes. He urged parents to continue supporting their children at home and to maintain close communication with teachers.
The school bursar, Ms Mirembe Stella addressed the issue of timely payment of school fees, stressing how this enables the school to run smoothly and provide quality services. Parents were encouraged to meet their financial obligations on time to support both academic and co-curricular programs.
The School Director, Mr. Esben Budolfsen gave an inspiring speech on the importance of sports in the lives of children. He reminded everyone that sports are not only essential for physical fitness but also for building teamwork, confidence, and discipline among learners. The director assured parents of the school’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded pupils who excel both in academics and in co-curricular activities. Due to the love for sports, parents contributed sh. 640000 towards the purchase of balls for the learners.
The Headteacher, Mr. Were Ronald closed the session with key updates and plans. He emphasized the importance of early reporting of learners at school and announced the introduction of new school uniforms to enhance the school’s identity. He also shared information about upcoming learners’ tours and trips, which are designed to broaden the pupils’ experiences beyond the classroom. Furthermore, the headteacher called upon parents to team up with the school to create the best learning atmosphere for all children. He concluded by informing parents about new plans for the school e.g. setting up a dairy farm to provide milk to the school as one way of improving on the school diet. From the meeting , two parents were chosen to represent the rest of the parents on the school management committee.
The meeting was interactive, with parents given the opportunity to ask questions and share their views. It was an encouraging moment of partnership between the school and families, reinforcing the belief that when parents and teachers work together, children thrive.
